THE STUDIO
Our self contained Studio apartment is a large comfortable 36sq m, it is fully air conditioned and forms part of the main villa.
Guests have use of the 8 x 4.5m sq heated infinity pool with views over the vineyards towards the sea, where you can watch next years crop growing at your leisure.
The pool is heated from mid May to mid September, depending on the weather.
The bright and airy apartment is furnished in retro style with FREE WiFi access, USB charging sockets and private off street parking.
It has its own terrace area so you can soak up the sun and dine al fresco, or walk 5 minutes to our local restaurants for lunch and dinner.
There is a large sofa facing the pool, a small dining table with chairs and a flat screen TV.
The kitchen is equipped with an under counter fridge with a small freezer compartment, a microwave with combi grill, a kettle and a two ring gas hob.
There are ample pots, pans, cutlery, china and glassware all provided.
There is ample storage for your clothes.
The bathroom has a large shower plus vanity unit plus a heated towel rail and a hair dryer
Towels and bath mat are all provided.
Please bring your own pool towels for use outside on the sun beds and the pool area.
The Studio is strictly non smoking, is adult only and we do not accept pets.
We have created an attractive Mediterranean garden with a Chinese bridge and an oriental gazebo.There is an attractive terrace for taking in the view of the garden and the edge of the village.
Guests have use of their own private terrace which is provided with sun beds and a parasol.
Their is a dining table and chairs plus a sofa and coffee table.
There are ample shady spots around the garden.
